Reggie received his bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1992, and earned his master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in 1993.

Reggie spent 32 years at the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group in Seattle, starting as a Summer Intern in 1991 where he worked on Aerodynamics design for 737 and 777 aircraft, held multiple leadership roles in various “Customer Facing” positions before retiring as a senior Executive in 2024 with the Sales Operations Department responsible for managing the disposition of more than $20 Billion in inventory aircraft.

Reggie was a member of the Georgia Tech Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory (ASDL) in the early days, before leaving to join the Boeing Company’s Engineering team working on the High Speed Civil Transport design, as an Aerodynamics Engineer. Following this assignment, he served as the lead coordinator of flight operations engineering support and training for all Boeing customers in the Commonwealth of Independent states, traveling extensively to assist with the safe introduction of Western and Boeing aircraft into the former Soviet Union.

Over the course of the next 10 years, Reggie was promoted to more senior roles in the Marketing organization with airline accounts in North America and The Middle East-Africa, before taking the role of regional director of business development for the Single-Aisle studies team, which was responsible for developing the market and customer requirements for the 737MAX Family.

Reggie was promoted to Sales Executive in 2010, and led the Boeing Company’s Sales relationships with airline and Government customers in Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean. He was responsible for more than $1.5 Billion in aircraft sales to numerous customers in Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Nigeria, Cameroon, Jordan and Kuwait, and managed the introduction of new aircraft into Caribbean Airlines and Cayman Airways.

During the COVID crisis which severely impacted airline liquidity and  the delivery of new aircraft across the Aviation Industry, Reggie was tapped to lead a team which successfully sold and delivered more than $20 Billion in Boeing inventory aircraft, almost 100 units which needed to find new homes with customers.

Born in Jamaica in 1970, Reggie is married with two young daughters, and currently lives in Seattle, Washington.  Since retirement, he enjoys more free time as an elected officer at his local yacht club, and currently serves as the Vice Commodore.
