Biography

Toyin Shodiya is an aerospace professional with experience spanning both technical and business roles. In her current role as a Senior Program Manager for Blue Origin's New Glenn Orbital Space Program, she oversees billion-dollar initiatives shaping the future of space exploration. Her educational foundation spans a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech and advanced degrees from Harvard, with an MS in Systems Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Previously at Boeing, she evolved from hands-on engineering roles to Deputy Program Manager for Advanced Program Development, spearheading AI product development initiatives and market strategy. This technical grounding prepared her for Blue Origin, where she leads business operations, program cost management, go-to-market pricing strategies, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement across orbital and suborbital programs. Beyond her professional work, Toyin stays balanced as a certified hot yoga instructor and kickboxing enthusiast. She currently lives in Washington, DC where she was born and raised.
